We had a lovely stay in a spacious studio with a cozy sofa bed, perfect for our family to relax after a day of skiing. Loved unwinding in the sauna and enjoying some fresh waffles at breakfast too! The only downside was that noise traveled a bit, but we slept just fine anyway. 😊

Loved the spacious room with great wood flooring. The location felt cozy with a nice walking path nearby for a ski adventure!
The shower was more lukewarm than hot—felt like a penguin on vacation!

What a cozy spot for our large family! We loved the nearby outdoor activities, especially hiking at Rib Mountain State Park. The studio felt like home, equipped with everything we needed and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was a hit with the kids, especially the waffles!
My kids wished there were more fun activities for families.

I returned for another stay hoping for a positive experience. Unfortunately, I found things in disarray. I noticed that the room had a strong odor, and the couch was damaged. This was disappointing after many years of enjoying the place. It's a shame that a once enjoyable spot has lost its appeal.

This was a well-suited match for a weekend getaway in Wausau with good value. I really enjoyed the home-cooked breakfast and cozy hot tub after a long day of skiing. Bring your own food for cooking. the kitchen is a great perk.

Super comfy space for a ski trip!
Tons of room for our crew, and the master baths were awesome. Manager was super nice and helped us with great dining tips. Breakfast was delish but could use more coffee cups. Only downside was the bunk bed was shaky when you moved – not great for adults. Otherwise, a fun stay!

Spending two nights in a spacious suite with a fully functioning kitchen was a fantastic experience. Not only did the beds provide great comfort, but the deep bath was a delightful surprise. Breakfast had excellent options, though the overall hotel atmosphere could benefit from some updates. The quiet location was a plus, but the hot tub was out of order during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed outdoor activities like hiking and biking in Central Wisconsin and relaxed with kayaking at Rib Mountain State Park. The hotel was cozy and provided a nice breakfast. Perfect location for our weekend trip, but be prepared for some stairs to access the rooms.
We noticed that the lobby area could use some updates, and our room had some minor cleanliness issues. It's not a dealbreaker, but it could use improvement.

A cozy retreat with a twist
Waking up to delightful breakfasts made by Ken, surrounded by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, made our stay extra special. The outdoor hot tub was a perfect end to our days.
While the charm of the inn was undeniable, some areas felt a bit dated, and there was a minor issue with the hidden staircase that led to our suite, which could catch guests off guard.
